Come celebrate Halloween with your dog with us! We'll be giving away goodie bags, raffles, holding dog costume contests, letting dogs rip apart a pinata filled with dog treats, and serving snacks and drinks for humans. Afterwards, we'll form one pack of costumed dogs and parade them around Echo Park Lake! Don't miss out!
